Each chapter is roughly self-contained — pick a technique, read its chapter, try it for a week. You don’t have to read in order. The book is designed to be referred back to more than read end-to-end.
The chapters on Energy Management (11) and Stress Management (14) are the two I personally re-read most. The chapter on Technology and Productivity (12) is the one most affected by AI — I’d write that one differently today.
