Question

From Code to Recurring Revenue

How long is it and how is it organized?

14 short chapters, around 230 pages. Reads cover-to-cover in an afternoon. Designed to be referred back to — short sections, clear headings, no chapter that goes on for forty pages just to make a point that fits in three.

Each chapter is roughly self-contained. The order matters loosely — I’d read Introduction → Foundations → MVP → Market Fit first, then jump around to the topics that match where you are right now.

If you’re still figuring out what to build: start with Chapters 3 and 5. If you have a product but no customers: Chapters 6, 7, and 9. If you’re past first revenue and scaling: Chapters 8 and 10.

The conclusion is the one chapter I’d skip if you’re short on time. The practical chapters do the work.
